Shipping Costs are approximate. Based on weight, packaging materials, and handling costs.
Please note: You should receive a confirmation email from Magic Papa's Macrame and from Paypal outlining your order (please check your spam if this does not arrive). We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within two - four weeks after your order has been placed.
The 'ship to' address we use is the one supplied to us through Paypal, therefore please ensure your address is up to date here to avoid any confusion or delays.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please let us know immediately and we will make our best effort to resolve the issue. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Refunds will not be provided, However damaged products can be Exchanged within 14 days of the date you received your order with another product of equal or of lesser value. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and all costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure that any returns are shipped prepaid and with a tracking number for documentation purposes.Payment Policy
